Catherine\u2019s quest for revenge intersects with a pirate captain whose secrets tie them to a dangerous past.<\/p>\n<p>The production brought together Thunder Child Productions, Generativity Productions and WEC Films. Grace Loeppky served as director of photography, with Steven Kammerer directing and producing alongside a team of collaborating filmmakers.<\/p>\n<h2>Award recognition and behind the scenes<\/h2>\n<p>Steven Kammerer won the <strong>2026 Verties Director\u2019s Chair award<\/strong> for <em>Beneath Crimson Sails<\/em>. Congratulations to Steven and the whole team behind the series.<\/p>\n<p>Blackmagic Design\u2019s production coverage also highlights my second-unit cinematography and the team\u2019s use of Blackmagic cameras and DaVinci Resolve.
